XA-AGENT: agent
The agent making the request. At present, there are three agents: spacct, userinfo and xdusage
XA-RESOURCE: resource
The name of the resource that the agent is running on, e.g., stampede.tacc.xsede
XA-API-KEY: api-key
The API key is used to authenticate the agent/resource
NOTE:The administrator that installs the agent on the resource is responsible for generating the api-key. Generating an api-key can be done here
