Creating a support request

Before you can use this key, the HASH needs to be added to our server configuration.

Create a support request at access support. (You will have to login first).

Specify the agent you are configuring (spacct, userinfo, or xdusage) and your ACCESS resource name for spacct or xdusage (e.g., stampede.tacc.xsede) or the userinfo client hostname (e.g., chemcompute.org)

In the web form, select "Not related to a resource" and then click "Yes" next to "Is your request related to allocations?"

In the Problem synopsis field, enter ACCESS-API HASH INSTALLATION REQUEST

In the Problem Description field, enter
